Kristen Scranton, M.A.

Hi I'm Kristen! I'm a wife, mother, and dedicated educator with over 22 years of experience. Through this experience, I’ve had the privilege of teaching thousands of high school students, guiding them through critical academic and personal milestones. My background in English education has given me firsthand experience with the unique challenges young people face in today’s confusing and fast paced world. Over the years, I've seen students struggle to find direction and confidence as they transition from high school to higher education or career pathways. This consistent need for support inspired me to establish Worthy Pursuit Consulting.

The ultimate goal of Worthy Pursuit is to help individuals find a clear, purposeful path to their future rather than spending months or even years without direction. Utilizing the power of the Highlands Ability Battery to reveal their strengths, learning styles, and personal values, I assist clients in making informed decisions about their education and career goals. I want to guide each person to understand themselves better, make confident choices, and move forward with a sense of direction and purpose, an area I feel is very much worth pursuing. My philosophy is that self-awareness and strategic guidance are essential to making informed, meaningful choices about one’s future. I’m excited to bring a sense of purpose to my clients’ journeys, helping them not only find the right path but thrive on it.

Through Worthy Pursuit, I aim to make the process of educational and career planning accessible and empowering. Whether I’m working with students, recent graduates, or individuals looking to make a career change, my approach is rooted in understanding each person’s unique story and helping them build a vision for the future that feels both achievable and inspiring. I look forward to supporting each client as they take confident steps toward a future that reflects their values and potential, a worthy pursuit indeed.
