Meet Kristen

Hello!

I’m Kristen Scranton, M.A.

I’m a wife, mother, and dedicated educator with over 23 years of experience. During that time, I’ve had the privilege of teaching thousands of high school students, guiding them through critical academic and personal milestones.

My background in English education has given me firsthand experience with the unique challenges young people face as they transition from high school to higher education or career pathways.

Time and again, I watched bright, capable students struggle to find direction and confidence. That consistent need for guidance inspired me to establish Worthy Pursuit Consulting.

Helping You Find Direction
with Confidence

The ultimate goal of Worthy Pursuit is to help individuals find a clear, purposeful path to their future rather than spending months—or even years—without direction.

Using the Highlands Ability Battery as a foundation for our conversations, I help clients discover their natural strengths, learning styles, and values. Together, we use those insights to make informed decisions about education and career goals.

Whether you’re a high school student preparing for what’s next, a college student questioning your major, an adult considering a career change, or a parent seeking guidance for your child, my approach begins by understanding your unique story.

I believe your future shouldn’t be built around someone else’s expectations. It should be built around your strengths, your values, and your potential.
